Talent Meow User Agreement

Welcome to Talent Meow!

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User" or "You") and the Talent Meow developer (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Talent Meow") regarding the download, installation, and use of the "Talent Meow" software and related services.

Before registering for or using our services, please be sure to read this Agreement carefully and fully understand all its contents, especially the clauses limiting or excluding liability (usually marked in bold). If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please stop using our services immediately.

1. Service Description

1.1 Talent Meow is an AI technology-based tool for observing child development and identifying potential. It aims to assist parents in recording their children's daily behaviors and provides reference growth suggestions through AI analysis.

1.2 The services we provide include but are not limited to: multimodal behavior recording (voice, text), AI smart analysis reports, timeline records, growth suggestion pushes, etc.

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register and use this application. This application is for use by parents or legal guardians only. Children may not register accounts independently.

2.2 Information Accuracy: You promise that the information used during registration, such as your email address, is true and accurate.

2.3 Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password. You will bear responsibility for any use of your account by others or disclosure of information due to your improper safekeeping.

2.4 Account Deletion: You have the right to delete your account at any time. After deletion, we will delete your personal information and all associated data (including but not limited to growth records, AI analysis reports) in accordance with the Privacy Policy and relevant laws and regulations. This operation is irreversible.

3. AI Services and Disclaimer (Important)

3.1 AI-Generated Content: Talent Meow uses artificial intelligence technologies (including but not limited to LLM, ASR) to analyze the information you input and generate reports.

3.2 Non-Professional Advice: All AI analysis results, potential tags, scores, and growth suggestions provided by Talent Meow are for reference only and do not constitute any form of psychological consultation, medical diagnosis, educational guidance, or legal advice.

3.3 Accuracy: Although we are committed to providing high-quality model services, due to the limitations of AI technology, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy, completeness, or objectivity of the analysis results. You should not rely solely on the analysis results from this application to make major decisions regarding children's education, health, or development.

3.4 User Discretion: Before using AI-generated suggestions, please use your independent judgment based on your actual understanding of your child. If necessary, please consult professional educators or psychologists.

4. User Conduct Policy (UGC Policy)

4.1 Content Ownership: You own all the text, voice, and images (collectively referred to as "User Content") that you record in Talent Meow. You grant us the right to use this content to the extent necessary to provide the services (such as for AI analysis, data storage).

4.2 Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload, post, or transmit the following content while using our services:

4.3 Monitoring and Handling: Although your records are private by default, to maintain platform security, we reserve the right to review, freeze, or terminate services for accounts violating rules based on legal requirements or user reports.

5. Payment and Subscription

5.1 If you choose to use our paid value-added services (e.g., membership subscription), payment will be processed through the Apple App Store's In-App Purchase (IAP) mechanism.

5.2 Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

5.3 Cancelling Subscription: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings.

5.4 All payments and refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the Apple Media Services.

6. Privacy Protection

We take your and your child's privacy very seriously. We will strictly collect, use, store, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully for details.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 The software copyright, trademarks, UI design, algorithm logic, and other intellectual property rights of the Talent Meow App belong to us.

7.2 Without authorization, you shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of this software.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

8.1 This service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

8.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 The formation, validity, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws principles).

9.2 If any dispute arises between you and us, both parties shall attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute to the competent people's court in the location of the defendant for litigation.
