Given that this application involves parents recording their children's growth behaviors, we are fully aware of the importance of data security. This Privacy Policy will elaborate on how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you use Talent Meow's services.

This application is exclusively for parents or legal guardians aged 18 and above to record and observe their children's growth process. We do not directly provide services to minors or collect data from them.

1. Information We Collect

To provide AI behavior analysis and growth recording services, we need to collect the following types of information:

1.1 Information You Actively Provide

• Account Information: Email address provided during registration, password (stored encrypted), and user nickname.
• Growth Record Data (Core Business Data): Voice recordings, text descriptions, images, or videos about your child that you upload. Note: These data contain your child’s behavioral characteristics and will be treated as sensitive personal information and strictly protected.
• Profile Information: The nickname and birth date you create for your child (used only for calculating age in months and matching age-appropriate suggestions, not for identification).

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifier (used for account security risk control).
• Usage Logs: Non-personally identifiable statistical data such as in-app clicks, browsing, and feature usage frequency, used to optimize the product experience.

2. How We Use Information

The information we collect will only be used for the following purposes:

• Providing Core Functions: Upload your voice/text records to the cloud database for storage and multi-device synchronization.
• AI Smart Analysis (Important):
  • We send your voice data to third-party speech recognition service providers (e.g., SiliconFlow) to convert it into text.
  • We send the converted text or the text you input to large language model service providers (e.g., DeepSeek) to generate potential tags, growth suggestions, and highlight cards.
  • Commitment: The aforementioned AI processing is solely necessary to complete the service. We will not use your specific data to train general public AI models.
• Product Improvement: Optimize our algorithms and interfaces based on anonymized statistical data (e.g., "which features are most popular").

3. Third-Party Information Sharing

We will not sell your personal information to any unrelated third parties. However, in the following necessary scenarios, data may be shared with third parties:

• Cloud Service Providers:
  • Supabase / MemFire Cloud: Used to securely store your encrypted account information and growth record data.
• AI Technology Partners:
  • SiliconFlow / DeepSeek: Used to provide speech-to-text (ASR) and natural language analysis (LLM) capabilities. Data is encrypted via SSL during transmission and is only used for single inference analysis.
• Legal Obligations: We may need to disclose relevant information when required by laws and regulations or to cooperate with judicial investigations.

4. Special Note on Children’s Privacy

• Although this application involves content related to children, our target users are parents.
• We do not directly collect information from children. All information about children (e.g., recordings, behavior descriptions) is actively uploaded and authorized for processing by parents (you).
• As the guardian, parents have the right to withdraw consent for the processing of their child’s information and permanently delete related data at any time through the "Delete Account" function.

5. Data Storage and Security

• Storage Location: Depending on your region, data is stored in secure data centers compliant with local laws and regulations (e.g., servers in Mainland China or international servers meeting GDPR standards).
• Security Measures: We employ technologies such as HTTPS transmission encryption, database row-level security policies (RLS), and encrypted storage of sensitive fields to protect your data.

6. Your Rights

• Access and Correction: You can view and modify your profile and records in the app at any time.
• Right to Deletion (Account Deletion): You can delete your account with one click in "Me - Settings - Delete Account." After the operation is completed, your account information, all growth records, and AI analysis reports will be physically deleted from our servers and cannot be recovered.

7. Policy Updates

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated content will be notified to you via in-app pop-ups or announcements. Continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
